Welcome to Overbury Estate
The Overbury Estate looks after a wide range of assets, including agricultural land, woodland, houses, workspaces and community facilities. It is situated around the beautiful and vibrant villages of Overbury and Conderton on the southern slopes of Bredon Hill. Our long term perspective and stewardship gives advantages to those renting our properties and the local communities. The Holland-Martin family have lived at Overbury since the 1720’s. The majority of our farmland is looked after and farmed by Overbury Farms
Properties
Our properties range from large detached houses to one bed roomed terraced cottages (terraced single bedroomed cottages rent for about £500pcm, three bedroomed cottages from around £750pcm & larger farmhouses from £2,000pcm). We also have offices and commercial buildings. We are happy to discuss conversions of redundant buildings for new tenants. All properties can be connected to broadband ADSL. More details on our Properties
Our properties particularly suit; keen gardeners, country lovers, families with young children, people working from home and those who enjoy being part of a busy village community. As we never know when any particular type of property might become available, it is important to get in touch if you are interested in living or working on the Estate. Some properties never get advertised if we are already in touch with the right tenant. Register your interest by completing the CONTACT US form (please telephone if we have not responded as we have had a problem with this part of the site).
The properties are managed by an on-site administration team, based in the Overbury Estate Office. We have the back up of a building maintenance team to ensure our properties are looked after to the highest standard. Although some building trades are contracted out, the in house team work hard renovating and maintaining the beautiful properties. Good maintenance is a high priority to ensure that less goes wrong. Coming soon our MEET THE TEAM page.

Vibrant Community
Overbury has a thriving first school, church and village hall. Conderton next door has a pub; The Yew Tree. There are currently active cricket, badminton and bowling clubs, as well as a book club. Not far away at both Kemerton and Beckford there are shops with post offices as well as pubs. The villages have a large variety of clubs and organisations (including tennis, gardening, WI, Scouts etc)
We built, adjacent to the first school, a purpose built nursery school now called Overbury Grasshoppers. This not only provides day-care facilities for the under 5s but also before and after school clubs for older children. They have Forest School and enjoy daily walks where the children are able to enjoy a unique experience of the Estate and Farms. Overbury tenants now can benefit from excellent village child care and schooling for children aged one to ten.
