At Overbury there is a spirit of enterprise. Below are some examples of the businesses who have chosen to locate on the Estate.

Overbury Stallions
At the turn of the new millennium, the Overbury Estate leased the Overbury Stud land and buildings to Simon Sweeting who launched Overbury Stallions Ltd and, under his management, the Stud has established a reputation for standing stallions.
Overbury Stallions Ltd is committed to standing exciting, well-bred stallions who represent value for breeders keen to use young stallions who could be the next big thing. As many successful breeders know, this kind of stallion offers the possibility of huge rewards for a modest outlay. Besides its stallion business, Overbury Stud also offers top quality boarding and sales services and is developing a new broodmare band with the aim of repeating this famous nursery's earlier successes.   See their website

Silver Rill Bed & Breakfast
Refurbished in 2009, Silver Rill House combines new age comfort with old world charm in an informal, relaxed atmosphere. Built in 1740, it is a period family house that was originally a paper mill. It is set in three and a half acres of gardens overlooking parkland with a fine spring running into a lake; the perfect setting to relax during the summer months  or in front of an open fire in the winter. Children are welcome.  See their website
