The Overbury Estate has a wide variety of properties in the beautiful and vibrant villages
of Overbury and Conderton on the southern slopes of Bredon Hill. Our
properties range from large detatched houses to one bedroomed terraced
cottages. We also have offices and commercial buildings & are happy to discuss conversions of redundant buildings for new tenants. All properties can be connected to broadband ADSL.
As we never know when any particular type of property might
become available, it is important to get in touch if you are interested in living or working on the Estate. Some properties
never get advertised if we are already in touch with the right tenant.

PROPERTIES COMING UP
Prospective tenants that we think would be an asset to the village are usually matched before a property is advertised. We never know exactly what will be coming up. The end of 2006 was very quiet but the beginning of 2007 was busy - things slowed down until March/April 08 when 3 properties will be coming up. If renting a property at Overbury is of interest please contact the office ASAP We are lucky to have a few good prospective tenants interested at the moment.
